Return Process

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
